  • Australia


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Shipping Timeframes

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Rural addresses: Allow an additional 1–2 business days

Australia

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
All shipping fees are shown before you complete your purchase.

Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to customs processing.
For orders under AUD $1,000, no import duties are typically charged.
